British Airways, often shortened to BA, is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom and the largest airline in the United Kingdom based on fleet size.

The aim of this project was to carry out a massive update of the existing BA Application on iOS and Android. It entailed making booking, boarding and accessing everything about flights easier than ever before - Personalised home screen, Book flights, Manage your flights, Flight status and schedules.

- Led the User Experience for iPhone and Android.

- Presented creative work internally up to VP level.

- Created vision documents and helped define the product roadmap.

- Generated design concepts, facilitated whiteboard sessions, created wireframes and interaction models.

- Produced interaction specifications.
